Hello, my name is Mandy and I am a fully qualified mobile reflexologist providing professional Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatments in the comfort of your own home.
After several years working in the NHS as a qualified dispenser, I became increasingly aware of the impact that stress can have on overall health and wellbeing. This inspired me to train in Reflexology and later Indian Head Massage, allowing me to support clients with calming, personalised treatments that encourage relaxation and help restore balance.
I hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology with Distinction, am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, creating a calm, safe space where you can relax, unwind and focus on your wellbeing. More about me...

Reflexology
A relaxing foot treatment incorporating massage, deep breathing and gentle stimulation of the reflexes to encourage relaxation and promote overall wellbeing.
Hand Reflexology
A calming and tactile treatment using gentle touch, pressure and massage to promote relaxation. Particularly suitable for elderly, frail and sensitive clients.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient treatment that works on the principle that pressure applied to certain areas of the body, commonly the feet and hands can be used to support a person and induce relaxation. It is not intended as a cure or diagnosis to any condition but as a therapy that can be used alongside other interventions.
Reflexology is considered extremely safe and is suitable for all ages with few exceptions. An initial consultation will be carried out before any treatment to ensure it is right for you

What to expect from your reflexology treatment
Initial consultation
Prior to the treatment I will complete a short consultation with you to ensure there are no reasons why the treatment shouldn’t take place. This will be done over the phone prior to your appointment and will take about 15 minutes.
I come to you
There is no need for you to travel. I will come to you. I need a small space approximately 2m x 2m to set up my equipment.
Your treatment
The treatment will start with a relaxing foot massage, followed by a tailored reflexology programme covering all zones and reflexes of the body.
Finishing your session
The session will close with a moisturising massage and deep breathing techniques to help induce a final dose of relaxation before the treatment ends.
Treatment duration
A general treatment will last 60 minutes and costs £50.

After your treatment
After the treatment you will be advised to drink water and to rest. I will share any findings with you, discuss aftercare advice, including how to limit healing reactions and advise you on ways you may be able to help yourself keep healthy between treatments.
10% off your first treatment
All new clients receive a 10% discount on their first treatment.
This discount can also be used when more than one treatment is booked within the same appointment, including a Reflexology and Indian Head Massage combination.
