My journey into reflexology
I became interested in reflexology after working for several years in the NHS. My work as a qualified dispenser in a healthcare setting has enabled me to acquire an extensive knowledge in the use of conventional medications, used in the treatment of health conditions.
It became obvious to me that stress was a major factor in many health issues and the ability to relax and switch off in our fast paced world was being lost. Relaxation is so undervalued but necessary to reduce stress, relieve tension and to promote positive wellbeing.
My training and experience
I trained at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester achieving a distinction in an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for the Complementary Therapist in 2024.
A year later I trained to give Indian Head Massage which can be given as a separate relaxation treatment or alongside reflexology.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured to support all clients.
My approach
My aim is to provide a safe calm haven within a client's home to help rest, restore and rebalance homeostasis.
I offer a complete reflexology programme to relax the whole body, incorporating deep breathing, massage and manipulation of the reflexes.
